Stape offers support by email or chat.

With their Agency offer (or Stape Care), you can delegate your server-side configuration to them.

Addingwell offers Premium support for all customers and partners. There is no integrated agency in the Addingwell offer, as Addingwell delegates this part to partners.

Prices

Addingwell is a GTM server-side tracking solution with a more premium positioning than Stape, with prices starting at €90/month (for 2M queries), whereas Stape has a €50/month offer for the same number of queries.

Certifications

Unlike Stape, Addingwell is not currently SOC2, HIPAA or ISO 27001 certified.

Just like Stape, Taggrs offers email and chat support Monday to Friday.

Taggrs also offers an implementation service if you need help with configuration.

Price

Taggrs starts at €22/month for 750K queries then €57/month for 3M million queries. Even if the tiers are different, the pricing and positioning is quite similar to that of Stape.

Certifications

Unlike Stape, Taggrs is not currently SOC2 or HIPAA certified.

Taggrs is, however, ISO27001 certified.
