## Newsletter

The monthly newsletter (written in English) is only sent to people who asked for it:
- **Data collected**: your email address, the site language, the page and date of subscription, and the consent text you accepted (proof of consent).
- **Legal basis**: your consent, given by ticking the box on the form and then confirmed by clicking the link in the confirmation email (double opt-in). Without that confirmation, your email address is not added to the list.
- **Service providers**: the form is processed by Netlify (site hosting), then your email address is sent to Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France), which sends the newsletter. Brevo hosts the data in the European Union.
- **No open tracking**: the newsletter contains no open-tracking pixel.
- **Unsubscribe**: every email has a one-click unsubscribe link. You can also write to us at the address above.
- **Retention period**: until you unsubscribe. Unsubscribed addresses are kept in a suppression list only so that we no longer email you. Subscriptions that are never confirmed are deleted.

## Sharing your data

Your data may be shared with:
- Our technical service providers (hosting, emailing, CRM tools) strictly necessary for the operation of the site, including Netlify (hosting and forms) and Brevo (newsletter delivery).
- Competent authorities if required by law.

We never sell your data to third parties.

## Retention period

We keep your data:
- Until you unsubscribe, for the newsletter.
- For 3 years after your last contact for commercial prospecting.
- For 6 years for data required for accounting purposes.

You may request the deletion of your data at any time.

## Your rights

You have:
- Right of access, rectification and deletion of your data.
- Right to object to and limit processing.
- Right to data portability.
- The right to withdraw your consent at any time.
