Step 1 · Tracking audit

Finally know if your data can be trusted.

I review your Google Tag Manager setup, GA4, ad conversions and consent. You get the list of errors, their impact and a prioritised action plan.

  • E-commerce
  • SaaS
  • Lead generation
  • Agencies

Who is it for?

Does any of this sound familiar?

Numbers don't match

GA4, Google Ads, Meta and your back office don't show the same sales or leads.

Conversions are missing

Some sales or form submissions aren't tracked, or are counted twice, and your campaigns optimise on bad data.

Your GTM is a mess

Tags piled up over the years and across vendors, with no consistent naming or documentation.

Unsure about consent

You don't know whether your tags respect visitors' choices or whether Consent Mode V2 is properly set up.

What you get

A clear, actionable diagnosis.

The audit is more than a list of problems: each point is explained, its impact assessed and its fix prioritised.

  • Full review of your Google Tag Manager container: tags, triggers and variables
  • GA4 data collection check: events, conversions and e-commerce data
  • Ad pixels and conversions check (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok…)
  • CMP, cookie banner and Consent Mode V2 check
  • Written report: errors found, impact and priority level
  • Prioritised action plan, usable by you, your agency or me
  • Video debrief to answer all your questions

How it works

An audit in four steps

  1. Scoping

We define your context, your business goals and the tools to audit.

  2. Read-only access

You give me read access to GTM, GA4 and your ad platforms.

  3. Analysis

I test your key journeys (purchase, form, sign-up) and inspect your setup.

  4. Debrief

I walk you through the report and action plan, then you decide what’s next.

« I have worked with Lucas many times on various data collection and performance tracking issues. His technical expertise is impressive, but above all very well explained, which makes exchanges simple and efficient even for non-technical profiles. The tracking setup (GA4, GTM, events, conversions, consent, etc.) is carried out with great rigour and precision. Beyond his technical skills, I particularly appreciated his responsiveness, his teaching approach and his professionalism. He takes the time to understand the business stakes and always suggests relevant, tailored solutions. I highly recommend his services to any company that wants to improve its analytics tracking and data quality. »

« Great experience with Lucas! In less than a week, he overhauled my entire tracking system across my three sites. He even went above and beyond by sending me an explanatory video at the end. I recommend him 100%. »

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Another question?

Ask Lucas directly, he replies within 24h.

How much does an audit cost?
The price depends on the number of websites, tools and journeys to check. After a first call, I send you a fixed quote.
Do I need to give you access?
Yes, read access to Google Tag Manager, GA4 and your ad platforms is enough. I don’t change anything during the audit.
What if I want you to fix the errors?
That’s what the Implementation service is for: the audit’s action plan becomes the roadmap.
Do you run audits for agencies?
Yes, I run white-label audits, delivered under the agency’s brand.
